Both I and my wife have been taking private lessons from Ivana and are very happy about it. Ivana is very passionate and knowledgeable about Reformer Pilates. She is joyful and patient, sees our strengths and weaknesses right away, and tailors the exercises accordingly. Reformer Pilates is a very different way of training compared to traditional personal training, we learn how to move and use various muscles properly in everyday life. Ivana is simply great! She makes sure you work every single muscle of your body. Understands body mechanics and is a great observer of your posture and corrects until you get it right. Having always focused on my cardio I needed someone to help me with my core and I found in Ivana a great pilates instructor. On top of that, she is a lovely person who takes great pride in her work.

I had great training with Ivana on the reformer and can only recommend her. She is super knowledgeable about the human body and can give you the exact exercise you need to train your weak spots, enhance posture or counteract structural weaknesses. A reformer is a fun tool and you forget how strong the exercise is, until after class when you feel your muscles ;)

Ivana is an excellent pilates teacher, the exercises are adapted to your needs and abilities and you feel that you really progress over the weeks. I feel like she knows exactly what she is doing and that I’m in good hands. Also, my lower back pain is gone.
