Duett class is for all who look for a high-quality class but still like to work out next to someone.

Given that each person trains on his/her own reformer, results are visible within only a few weeks. You’ll notice less back pain, better posture, and better mobility.

Before coming to a Duett class it is recommended to book a Private Trial class where I can assess your posture and get to know your movement patterns so that I can better adjust exercises on a Duett.
